A Group For Black Women Ready To Stop Carrying It All.

What Is The Sisterhood Sit Down?

The Sisterhood Sit Down is an 8 week virtual support circle for High Achieiving Black women who are tired of living in survival mode and ready to reconnect with themselves in community.

This is a space to slow down, breathe, reflect, and be real. No fixing. No performing. No pressure to have it all together.

This space was created because too many Black women are suffering in silence while overworked, emotionally depleted, and without spaces where they can simply be without judgment or pressure.

Each session offers a safe space for rest, reflection, and sisterhood through guided conversations, grounding practices, and real connection.
