Thank you for your interest in the Rhythm of Love 2027 retreat in Orlando, FL.

Before completing your interest form, please review the terms below.

Upon submitting the interest form you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.

This ensures a clear, aligned, and intentional experience for all couples attending.

Retreat Waiver

This Retreat Waiver (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Harmony Counseling Network DBA Elvery Tinsley (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), and the participant(s) identified below (“Participant” or “you”), effective as of the date signed below (the “Effective Date”). The Company and Participant may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”

Harmony Counseling Network Rhythm of Love Retreat (the “Retreat”) is designed as a transformative, emotionally safe, and connection-centered experience for couples.

Retreat Environment

By attending, you agree to honor the environment we are intentionally creating.
This retreat is for couples committed to growth. While no one is perfect, all participants are expected to engage with:

  • Respectful Communication

  • Emotional awareness

  • Consideration for others’ experiences


Any abusive, aggressive, or harmful behavior may result in removal from the Retreat without refund at the Company’s discretion.

Harassment & Discrimination Policy


The Harmony Counseling Network maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or discrimination of any kind.

If you:

  • Experience harm

  • Witness harm

  • Feel unsafe


Please notify a member of the retreat team immediately.

We are committed to maintaining a safe, supportive environment for all participants.

Travel Documentation & Travel Insurance

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION 

Participants are solely responsible for securing and maintaining all necessary travel documentation, including identification and transportation requirements.

The Company is not responsible for travel disruptions due to missing or invalid documentation.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance covering:

  • Illness or injury

  • Trip cancellations

  • Lost or damaged property

  • Emergency travel needs


The Harmony Counseling Network is not responsible for any travel-related losses, delays, or disruptions. 

Participants are solely responsible for securing and maintaining all necessary travel documentation, including identification and transportation requirements.

The Company is not responsible for travel disruptions due to missing or invalid documentation.

Media Release

By attending the Retreat, you grant The Harmony Collective permission to capture and use:

Photos, Videos, Audio recordings, and Testimonials. 

These may be used for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes across all platforms.

You waive any rights to compensation, ownership, or approval of such materials.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol may be available at select retreat events.

By participating, you agree that:

  • Consumption is at your own risk

  • You will drink responsibly

  • You will comply with all applicable laws


The Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive due to alcohol use, without refund.

Health & Wellness Responsibility

By attending, you confirm that:

  • You are physically and emotionally able to participate.

  • You have consulted a medical professional if necessary.

  • You will communicate any health concerns to the retreat team.


If medical attention is required:

You authorize emergency care if needed.
You accept full financial responsibility for any treatment.


The Harmony Counseling Network is not liable for any health-related incidents. 

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in retreat activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical movement or activity

  • Emotional processing

  • Group interactions

  • Environmental conditions


You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to:

  • Release

  • Waive

  • Discharge


The Harmony Counseling Network and its affiliates from any liability related to:

  • Injury

  • Illness

  • Loss

  • Damages


This includes claims arising from negligence.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Harmony Counseling Network from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation or conduct during the Retreat.

Professional Disclaimer

The Retreat is designed for:

  • Educational

  • Relational growth

  • Personal development


It does not replace:

  • Therapy

  • Medical advice

  • Legal or financial guidance


This Retreat is hosted and facilitated by a licensed therapist; however, participation in this experience does not establish a therapist-client relationship between you and The Harmony Counseling Network, Elvery Tinsley, or any affiliated facilitators.

While therapeutic concepts, tools, and guided exercises may be shared, the Retreat is not a substitute for individual or couples therapy, mental health treatment, or crisis support.

You understand and agree that:

  • No clinical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment is being provided

  • Participation does not create confidentiality protections beyond the group guidelines outlined in this Agreement

  • You are responsible for seeking your own licensed therapist or medical provider for personalized care


If at any time you are experiencing significant emotional distress, mental health concerns, or crisis-level needs, you agree to seek appropriate professional support outside of this Retreat.


ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement represents the full understanding between both Parties and supersedes all prior communications.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be handled within the courts of Indiana.

Non-Transferability

Your retreat registration may not be sold or transferred without prior written approval from the Company.

Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY-All payments are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another couple with prior approval from The Harmony Counseling Network.
